McCain's latest lack of support for the troops

From Military.com:

If John McCain is  elected president, wounded veterans could be in for a world of  hurt...

full article

And one more excerpt from the article:

Virtually all veterans groups oppose McCain's plan.

As people begin to realize just how poor McCain's "support" of the troops really is, they will realize that despite his service years ago, John McCain is no friend to veterans today.

Joe, this is a hoot. Take a look at FactCheck.org: http://www.factcheck.org/askfactcheck/does_mccain_have_a_perfect_voting_record.htmlon McCain's standing with Vet orgs.

McCain suggesting vouchers for Vets to go to private physicians is failing to provide health care? Huh? Relieving the burden on the VA medical facilities to address more acute war injuries is somehow denying Vets medical care??? WTF?

And while we're at it, since when have the VA medical facilities been the standard by which to measure medical care? Superior to private medical care? If this were true, then wouldn't the members of the House and Senate be rejecting their private health care for the VA? Wouldn't they??

This is just more of the standard refrain from your side of the isle. We're just not throwing enough money at the problem.

Regards, Mad
